Stars will begin their second season of WIAA play

The 2010 season saw the Stars compile a 4-19 record.  This season they will join the Eastern Shores Conference under the direction on a new head coach, Pete Spinner.

Coach Spinner is originally from Rockton, Illinois where he began playing hockey at the age of 4.  Pete played in Wisconsin Men’s Hockey Leagues for 15 years and actually began coaching club hockey teams in 1977.  Coach Spinner has coached all age levels of hockey from 4 year olds to men’s teams.

The Fox Cities Stars will open play this season on Friday, November 18th, on the road against Kettle Moraine.  They will have their first home game the very next night against the Northern Edge.
