The Wisconsin Selects U19 team dropped a 3-1 decision to the Alaska All-Stars on Saturday in Marlborough, but did well enough in pool play to move on to Sunday's quarterfinal round.

Madalin Schultz scored the only goal for the Selects. 

The Selects held a 36-26 shot edge, with Emily Nettesheim (14) and Ivy Shonka (9) combined for 23 saves in the loss.

The opponent for the 11:30am CT game will be the Nova Ice Dogs.
