The Panthers' Richard Brown scored at 7:06 of the period to increase the lead to 3. Jack Gorniak and Cayden Krause assisted on the goal. The period ended with West Salem leading 3-0.
Jake Whitbeck scored an unassisted goal with 2:20 remaining in the third period to complete the scoring. West Salem won the right to advance to Madison with a 4-0 victory.
