When the University of Wisconsin men's hockey team offered him a spot for a future season, Josh Bohlin wanted to take a few weeks to make sure that it was the right move.
"I don't think it was a very hard decision, to be honest," Bohlin said Thursday, after he announced his oral commitment to the Badgers. "It was pretty easy just because of the coaching staff and the resources there. They have a great program and they're moving in the right direction."
The nonbinding commitment by Bohlin, a center from Wausau, was the second announced by a Wisconsin recruit in a little more than 12 hours. West Salem forward Jack Gorniak announced his decision to join the Badgers' long list of committed recruits on Wednesday night.
