The Milwaukee Marquette senior hockey player recalled what it was like being on the bottom of a pile of Hilltoppers teammates after he scored a goal with 4 seconds left in a 2-1, double-overtime victory over Whitefish Bay/Nicolet/Shorewood in a regional final held Friday.

"I was tired from the shift," Washcovick said. "I was running out of air and got a little claustrophobic down there."

That wasn't the only scary moment for Marquette.
