Waukesha, KMMO host 'Face Off Against ALS'

Game to be held at Nagawaukee on January 24

The Waukesha Wings and Kettle Moraine (KMMO) High School Hockey programs, in conjunction with Waukesha Youth Hockey Night and the Jim Eutizzi ALS Foundation, will be hosting a "Face Of Against ALS" Night on Tuesday January 24th, 6:15PM at Nagawicka Park Ice Arena in Delafield. There will be 50/50 raffles, special Chuck a Puck contests, bake sale and ALS Awareness T-Shirts among other items.

Jim passed away on November 30, 2016 at the age of 53, after a 9 year battle with ALS, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, better known as Lou Gehrig's Disease. Jim had two sons, Danny and Jake, play in the Wings organization, both graduating from Waukesha West High School. A third son Evan is a first year Bantam in the Waukesha Youth program.

For many years Jim was a spokesperson and role model for other people affected by this debilitating condition. His work with the ALS Association Wisconsin Chapter as well as the national stage was and remains inspirational.

The Jim Eutizzi Foundations mission is to Further Jim's legacy of raising Awareness of ALS, through ongoing community involvement, engagement with the ALS Chapter of Wisconsin, and helping High School students achieve their goals through College Scholarships.
