Four Badger State products to perform in Massachusetts

Four Wisconsin players will take part in the North American Hockey League's Top Prospects Tournament December 5-7 in Walpole, Massachusetts.

The Janesville Jets will send a pair of top players, while the Wenatchee Wild and Springfield Jr. Blues will each send one player to the East Coast.

Forward Ross Mauermann and goalie David Jacobson will represent their hometown team, and defenseman Eric Johnson (Madison) will participate for the Washington-based Wild. Ethan Nauman (Mosinee) will represent the Springfield club.

Four teams comprised of the NAHL's top committed and un-committed college players, including those recognized on the NHL Central Scouting Bureau's "Players to Watch" list for 2011 draft-eligibles, which is released in October, will play a three-game round robin.
