It was no small task for ECA Stars sophomore Abigail Stow to raise the bar from her historic freshman campaign — one that saw her earn all-state and Leader-Telegram All-Area girls hockey player of the year honors.

But she did so in epic proportions. And her secret was pretty simple: She raised her own bar higher by getting stronger.
