Connolly, Unsworth, Rowe earn top honors

Erin Connolly of Lakeshore was named the Jessie Vetter Award winner at the WiPH Awards ceremony Saturday.

Connolly, a senior from Homestead, played in 23 games this season and posted a record of 12-8-3. She stopped 94.3% of the shots fired at her and notched a goals against of 1.79 and had five shutouts.

jinelle siergiej award

Nicole Unsworth of University School won her second consecutive Jinelle Siergiej Award at the WiPH Awards ceremony Saturday.

Unsworth played in 27 games and scored 80 points (50g-30a), including 12 game-winners. She also had a +/- rating of +42.

molly engstrom award

Maddie Rowe of St. Croix Valley was named the Molly Engstron Award winner, it was announced Saturday at the WiPH Awards ceremony.

Rowe played in 26 games and tallied 67 points on 36 goals and 31 assists, with seven game-winners.
