The Al Welling Memorial Scholarship was created to carry on Al's legacy. The annual scholarship is awarded to a WIAA hockey playing High School Senior who best displays Al's traits on and off the ice. 

This year will be the 12th annual award. Last year's recipient was Jack Nejedlo, Fond du Lac.
