Team Wisconsin will field two boys teams this year

Minnesota Hockey, in conjunction with Reebok-CCM, the Minnesota Hockey Coaches Association and the Minnesota Girls Hockey Coaches Association, annually hosts one of the top showcase tournaments in the country, the CCM High School National Invitational Tournament (NIT).

The tournament features teams comprised of the top high school players across the country including those from Minnesota, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin. For the first time Wisconsin will be taking a U18 (Juniors) team to the NIT tournament as well as a senior class team.

Because High School Juniors (1996 birth year) are not part of the player development tryouts, they must register for a separate tryout which will be on Sunday April 13 (1:00pm-4:00pm) in Green Bay. High School seniors are not eligible for this tryout. There is a $30 fee to tryout.

1997 born Junior players must attend a WAHA Select 17 tryout and be selected to participate in the Select 17 Festival on April 12-13, 2014 in Green Bay.

The senior class team will be selected from the Senior Class Tournament. There will not be a second tryout this year. The SCT is the tryout.
