WiPH Awards Ceremony date and time set

Finalists to be feted on Friday afternoon

The Wisconsin Prep Hockey (WiPH) Awards will be presented Friday, March 1 at the Alliant Energy Center Exhibition Hall, it was announced today.

There are 31 players that will be honored as the best at their respective positions, with the winner of each of the six categories receiving an award symbolic of that honor.

The ceremonies will take place at the Exhibition Hall, which is just west of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum, or off to the left as you drive past the parking ticket booths in the main parking area.

The boys' portion of the ceremony will begin at 4:30 and last until about 5:00, when the girls' ceremony will commence.

The Monona/Wingra meeting rooms are located on the second floor. Simply follow the signage.

The public is invited and there is no charge, but donations are welcomed.
