The 7th annual "Super Noah Game" is set to take place on Tuesday, December 17th at Legacy20 Ice Arena (formerly Capitol Ice) between the Middleton Cardinals and Madison West. This special event is inspired by the journey of Noah Sanger, a young hockey player and the son of former professional hockey player Jeff Sanger.
Noah’s battle with leukemia began just before his fifth birthday. Over the course of 3.5 grueling years, he underwent 1,080 doses of chemotherapy, 20 spinal taps, and countless blood transfusions. Despite the immense challenges, Noah emerged victorious and has now been cancer-free for over four years. Today, at 12 years old, he is a thriving young athlete and a symbol of hope for families facing similar battles.
Since its inception, the "Super Noah Game" has raised over $100,000, with all proceeds going directly to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. The event aims to continue its efforts to ensure that no child or family has to endure the pain and hardship of battling blood cancer.
This year’s game promises to be another incredible opportunity to support a worthy cause while celebrating Noah’s inspiring story. The organizers remain committed to raising as much money as possible to fund research, treatments, and support for those affected by leukemia and lymphoma.
