Icebergs slip against Hartland Arrowhead

A third period shot through traffic and Kenzie Torpy’s legs and an empty-net goal with 1 minute left last Friday sealed the MSO Icebergs’ fate en route to a 6-4 non-conference loss inside the Mandt Community Center.

Monona Grove junior Shanda Roeming had a hat trick on the stat sheet, but the goal scoring for the Icebergs was a true team effort as either Roeming’s linemates or the line before hers did a lot of the leg work to create those opportunities, head coach Mike Jochmann said.
