The top ranked Division Two Amery Warriors faced the Shawano Hawks in the second game of the Antigo Holiday Tournament. Hawks goalie Dylan Prochaska kept it close for a while, but the Warriors eventually broke through for a 9-0 win.

Prochaska was kept busy in the first period, facing 22 shots, while his counterpart in the Amery net, Aaron Mork saw only four shots. Prochaska does not take up a lot of room in the net, so he has to come out to challenge shooters and cut down their scoring angles. As a result, he often has a long way to go to stop rebound attempts. Athletic and often acrobatic, Prochaska would fling himself from one side of the net to the other in order to get some piece of body or equipment in front of the puck.

Elliot Greene opened the scoring for Amery at the 3:14 mark with a shot into an open net when Prochaska got caught up in traffic on the left side. Vincent Greene and William Jensen were part of the group on the left side, applying pressure and credited with assists.

It took over ten minutes for the Warrior to score again. It was Elliot Greene, this time scoring cleanly from the left faceoff dot. Vencent Greene and Jensen were again on the assists.

A minute later, Logan Doten knocked in a rebound of a Jacob Maxon shot to complete the scoring in the first period.

Shawano started the second period with Kaiden Thornborrow in net. In less than seven minutes it was 9-0, the game was in running time, and Shawano was forced to put Prochaska back in the net.

Amery would go on to beat DC Everest on Thursday to take the Tournament Championship, while Shawano dropped the Consolation Game to the host Antigo Red Robins 3-1.
