General Information

Adam has been a main stay at the Wausau West net over the past 4 years. His roles and responsibilities have increased each season and he has elevated his play with each challenge. During Adam's tenure at Wausau West he has been a part of two Wisconsin Valley Conference Championship teams and helped his team earn a trip to the State Tournament in his freshman season of 2019.  Adam has been a part of great success outside the high school season, earning positions on the 14U, 15U, 16U, and 18U Team Wisconsin teams during his career. During this past season in the High School Elite League Adam was a part of a team that finished second in the league tournament where he finished in the top 3 of all goalie statistics. Adam has received 1st Team All-Wisconsin Valley Conference honors in each of the last two seasons.  He has earned 2nd Team All State Honors in 2021 as a junior and honorable mention in 2020 as a sophomore. He is second in our program’s history with 16 career shutouts. Adam's hard work and dedication to the sport of hockey has paid great dividends.  He has the great opportunity to extend his playing career beyond high school as he pursues that path following high school.

Community

Adam has spent a large amount of time working with the youth program to help develop the next goalies in our community. On Mondays he comes to shoot on and work with the technical side of goal tending and is an outstanding role model for the Marathon County Youth Hockey players. He has dedicated to Salvation Army Bell Ringing and leading that volunteer activity with his teammates as well as spending time helping about the local humane society.
