Hudson Raiders Will Rally Against Cancer on Saturday

The Hudson Raiders boys and girls hockey teams are Rallying Against Cancer on Saturday, January 29th. The boys team will take on Wausau West at 1:00, and the girls are playing Rochester Century at 3:00. both games will be at the Hudson Sports and Civic Center.

Each skater will be playing in memory or in honor of someone close to them. You can also support the Hudson High School hockey players in their effort to raise funds for The Rhinos Foundation by purchasing a Sponsor Card. Select the amount you would like to donate. The boys team will also be honoring Todd Hess before the start of their game. Todd is the father of Hudson senior Braydon Hess and is a cancer survivor. You have probably heard Todd if you have ever watched or listened to a game on Raider Streaming.

The girls team will be honoring Lisa Mielke before the start of their game. Lisa is the mother of Raiders senior Maddy Mielke, and is also a cancer survivor who is still fighting.

The Rhino's Foundation supports individuals and families affected by cancer in Western Wisconsin. For today, tomorrow, and years to come, Rhinos will continue to support those fighting by providing direct cash donations and more to the community…
