Hudson, Somerset advance; New Richmond falls short in sectional hockey
Top-seeded Hudson will face No. 2 Chippewa Falls in a Division 1 sectional title game Saturday in Wausau while No. 2 Somerset will take on No. 5 Altoona for the Division 2 sectional title Friday in Baldwin.
Hudson and Somerset moved one step closer to state while New Richmond saw its season end in a one-goal loss to Superior in boys’ hockey sectional semifinal action Tuesday night, Feb. 9.
