The Wisconsin Prep Hockey Game of the Week featured two teams who played in the playoffs back in February.

But it was the Stars who once again who prevailed in a 5-3 win in a game which had all 8 goals scored by special teams.

Janesville did jump out first on a shorthanded goal by Walker Kulas.  With a Dman pinching in at the point, Kulas poked the puck behind him, and raced to the other end and scored blocker side past goalie Josiah Dieman for the lead. It was a short lived lead as the Stars on the same power play get a goal from Logan Widmer to even things up. The shots at the end of the period were 9 apiece and a 1-1 score.

Tyler Steuck was set up by fellow Sophomore Jake Schaffner to make it a 3-2 lead early in the third period.

That would however would be the last lead of the night for the home team.

Janesville's inability to stay out of the penalty box was the difference. With a 5 minute penalty ofr boarding the Stars erased the 3-2 deficit and made it a 4-3 lead. Devin Rozman and Cooper Black scored on the major powerplay.

Janesville could not capitalize on a couple late power plays and the Stars' Braden Kloida scored with the extra attacker on for Janesville for the 5-3 final.
