Big second period lifts Pines' skaters over Northern Edge

A four-goal second period did in the Northern Edge girls hockey team on Friday night, falling at Northland Pines in a game played in the Eagle River Dome, 7-2.

The Edge did strike first in the contest, as Kate Vizanko tallied an event strength goal just one minute and 22 seconds into the contest, assisted by both Kristina Kunelius and Isabella Boyer.
