Hayward co-op girls hockey, featuring two Rice Lake athletes, gets season underway

The Hayward Co-op Hurricanes girls hockey team opened its 2020-21 season this week with some strong returning players on offense and defense.

After two out-of-town games to open the season, the Canes are scheduled to play their home opener Monday, Dec. 14, against Chippewa Falls in Hayward.
