After a great deal of deliberation, a decision has been made by the Girls Wisconsin Hockey Coaches Association (GWHCA) to cancel this year's JR. SR. Girls Hockey Tournament that was scheduled for March 21st and 22nd in Chippewa Falls due to the ongoing concerns with COVID-19 (Coronavirus).

Our decision follows the examples set by the NHL, USA Hockey and Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) where the safety of our participants is our top priority and with the current coronavirus situation, the Board of Directors of the GWHCA decided to cancel this event.

Decisions like this are never easy and the health and safety of our players & parents is paramount. We look forward to bringing back the tournament next year. We would ask that you please forward this information on to your players.
