SAINT PETERS, MO—The Central Districts championships commenced two days before St. Patty's Day, but the luck of the Irish was not with the teams from Wisconsin, as they went a combined 1-5 in the six games played at the Rec-Plex Friday.

Only the Tier II 19U Wisconsin Selects were able to earn a victory, as they downed Team Illinois 5-1.

The other five teams lost by a collective score of 28-6, all to teams from Illinois, with most of them being from the Chicago Mission organization.
