Team Wisconsin Boys

 A Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association Program
(U-18 2002 USA Hockey National Champions)

This season will be Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association’s 14th for the Team Wisconsin before and after Tier 1 USA Hockey Bantam and Midget program. Team Wisconsin assembles the best bantam and midget age players to play on either the TW 14, TW 16U or the TW 18U. The before season is made up of a 27-31 games in the fall which runs from September through November 6th and includes a league and a playoff tournament. All three teams are invited to Bauer National Invitational Tournaments on November 4th-6th. On November 7th the players return to their respective high school teams to play their normal season. The after season begins after the high school state tournament with participation in the USA Hockey Tier 1 Bantam and Midget National playoffs. The TW 18 team went to the national championship in 2001 and 2002 winning the USA Hockey National Championship in 2002 and more recently was the runner up in shoot out at the 2009 USA Hockey Central District Championship. The TW 16’s won three state titles and three USA Hockey Central District Championships to advance to nationals in 2007, 2009 and 2010. In 2012 the TW 14U and 16U boys teams also advanced to the USA Hockey Central District Playoffs.

The TW 14, a Tier I bantam major team which is a before and after season team just like the TW 16’s and 18’s. They must be freshman born in 1998 and playing high school hockey 2012-13, to be eligible to tryout on May 5-6.

All TW boys tryouts/camps will be at the Cornerstone Community Center on 1640 Fernando Dr in De Pere unless designated.


Tryout registration will be open April 5th for Boys and April 11th for Girls, but remember that spots are not unlimited. WAHA reserves the right to close the tryout at any time.
