On the right is the form for you to pay your WHCA membership. You will also receive this form via email the 1st or 2nd week of September.

Wisconsin Prep Hockey Stats Fee
The Annual Fee for the stats service has been lowered to $75 per team for the 2012-13 season, Boys teams and Girls teams. You can pay your fee online here, or print the team invoice below and mail that in.
