The University of Wisconsin men's hockey team collected a fifth oral commitment from a 1999-born player Wednesday when West Salem forward Jack Gorniak announced his decision.

Gorniak, 18, plays before and after the high school season with Team Wisconsin and has six goals and 14 points in 15 games for the under-18 team.
