Team USA skated to an easy 8-1 victory over Team Slovakia Saturday in a preliminary match at Piešťany, Slovakia.

Ryan Poehling, who will play at St. Cloud State next season as a 17-year-old, showed his mad skills by scoring four times for Team USA.

Wisconsin's own—Charlie Dovorany and Mick Messner—played but did not score any points.
