The Rock County Fury Co-op girls hockey team is seeking candidates for the position of Head Varsity Girls Hockey Coach for the 2015-16 season.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate or possess:

1.  Coaching experience; head coaching experience is preferred, but not necessary.  

2.  Thorough working knowledge of WIAA and National Federation rules and regulations.

3.  Ability to work cooperatively with administration, parents, student-athletes, and the community. Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are a must.

4.  Experience in developing summer opportunities to ensure player development within the hockey program at all levels.

5.  Coaching and learning philosophy that includes thoughts on the role of athletics, winning and losing, competition, players, school, and community.

6.  Ability to effectively plan and organize scheduling, budget and transportation demands within the program in cooperation with the Athletic Director.

7.  Ability to work diligently with the athletic staff to assist all student-athletes within the hockey program to maximize their academic as well as athletic potential.

8.  Ability to work with and support Booster Club efforts with regard to membership and fund raising.

9.  Salary range from $3,321-$4,583 based upon years of paid coaching experience and training.
