A great chance to help save someone's life

From Tony Navarre:

Hello all:

Thank you all for, once again, being in support of having the 3rd annual Marrow Donor Drive at the North Shore Hockey Conference Tournament.  The event will run on Saturday, January 3rd from 4:30-8:15pm at the Kettle Moraine Ice Center during the tournament. My wife, Molly Navarre, will be at the event the entire time.

I am hoping that this information can be shared ahead of time to anyone willing to listen.  If any of your 18 year old players sign up, it would be great to get a picture of them doing so wearing something representing their team.

Molly will be taking pictures and sharing (with permission) via social media. This is not a process that would hinder your player in anyway. It is a cheek swab and health history form and it takes about 5-10 minutes max.

Although he was not needed, Homestead captain Adam Hobbs was contacted two weeks ago by Be The Match as a potential match for a 63 year old male. How incredible for him, unfortunately he was not needed when he returned the call.

If anyone has questions at any time, please don't hesitate to have them contact me via email or my wife, Molly. (mnavarre@mtsd.k12.wi.us
