2011-12 Record – Overall 12-12-1 Conference 6-4-0

Coach Jochmann and his assistant coaches are all entering their third year with the Icebergs.  Over the past two seasons, the Icebergs have compiled a record of  20 Wins, 26 Losses and 2 Ties.  The Icebergs coaching staff hail from girls Tier 1 youth hockey in Wisconsin and combine for over 35 years of coaching experience.

The 2011-12 season for the Icebergs ended as it began.  Opening the year with the Early Bird Tournament in Fond du Lac, the Icebergs started with a 1-1-1 record over their first 3 games.  At the midpoint of the season, the Icebergs took the Championship of the HodagLand Invitational Tournament in Rhinelander over the holiday break.  Their season wrapped up with a close loss to eventual State Runner-up Onalaska in the semifinals of the Sectional playoffs, leaving them at 12-12-1 for the season.

The Icebergs graduated three seniors, all of them captains:  Elizabeth Strassman, Hannah Johnson and Rachael Drago.  Strassman was the 2^nd leading scorer on the team and will be missed offensively.  Johnson and Drago were both solid blueliners and will be missed protecting the net.  All three seniors were All Conference selections from the Badger conference.
