Five years ago Ava Jambor played for the Metro Lynx. Along with her teammates and coach Mike Mckersie, she held a fundraiser hockey game to benefit the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Foundation and children’s cancer research. She named it the SUPERNOAH game in honor of Noah Sanger a young boy in our hockey community of Middleton that was battling the disease. Ava has since graduated from high school. However, her brother Charlie Jambor and his Middleton teammates have taken over the fundraiser. This years game will be played on February 3rd against Brookfield.
